I have been given a second chance, should i take it?

there is this boy in my cl and we are friends and i really like alot and i never told him..i was goin to tell him the last day of school but i was too afraid..now there is a party coming up with all of my school friends and i know he is gonna be there should i tell him this time? and if so y? and if not y? wats the worst that could happen if i dont? plz hlp :(
