Poll: Is my uncle right or wrong?

My uncle's giving me all this advice about how to live, what to do, and other stuff. He's telling me to get rich by doing sports and stuff like that. Like athletics or music. I want to work a 9 to 5 job. But not like that. There's so many things I want to be. I want to be a philosopher, a Plumber, and possibly an Olympic wrestler. He's telling me that living a regular original life sucks and my life will be miserable and I'm sure it is. I get B's and C's I'm in 9th I'm 15 I go to Technical school I get my shop next year in plumbing. Here's a thing about me I quit a lot. Video games and athletics. I quitted in pop warner then 2 years later I joined High school and didn't quit but I left because I was failing physical science some believe I quitted but I didn't I had a grade to get up. I never pushed my self when It came to athletics or video games but I'm willing to push some B's and C's to some B's and A's and try to keep my grades that way until I get to 12th and graduate get my plumbing degree and go to trade college and take plumbing again and get another degree to double the money. Or go somewhere like Temple to take Philosophy. I told him I want a Masters degree but he says do athletics and stick with it. He asked me would I like a beach house and be able to take care of my family, I said yes but I just want to make a living. Then he told me he thinks I won't make and end up living like him
