Is justice bounded by the law?
I don't wish to imply that the law is a constant battle to fight against, or label it as "red tape", but sometimes the law becomes so rigid and cut and dry, that you end up becoming a victim to it. I realize that the law is intended to protect people and prevent bad things from happening, yet, many people get screwed over big time. It is their fault part of the time and they should suffer the consequences. This isn't always the case though. Justice seems to be a subsection of the law, rather than actually serving fairness. So, in your opinion, is justice indefinitely bounded by the law?
