What should my friend do about this guy...?

My friend Liz calls me every day to tell me about this boy. KC. They hang out almost every day. they're in their 20's. every other time they hang out. Liz likes him a lot. and i mean A LOT. but she doesn't know what they are. like. if they're together or not... and she doesn't know if she should be dating other people! and she doesn't know if HE is dating other people! its all quite stressful... and i want her to get over it so she'll stop talking to me about it! I want her to either be WITH him, or not. and move on! but i don't know what i should tell her to do. any advice on the situation...?
