Summer job for a College Student?

I'm a college student and I'm trying to figure out what to do over the summer to make money for school. I live in Machusetts and was thinking it would be cool to go to a vacation area like Cape Cod or Martha's Vineyard to work. However, I would need a place to live. Does anyone know of places like youth hostels that I could live at for a whole summer? Or any idea of how to make living somewhere affordable while I make money for school? thanks!
