POLL:Do you judge a person's intelligence level based on how they articulate their words(how they speak/talk)?

I.E.: If a person has a country accent(southern drawl), do you ume that they are uneducated hillbillies. Or use a lot of street slang(ghetto terminology), they're umed to be high school drop-outs, illiterate and affiliated with a gang? Etc.,.
