Should i tell my friend about singing?

My friend was the star in the school musical and she is an amazing singer..... i mean INCREDIBLE. and i am horrible but i have been singing for a while now. she has no idea about that tho becuase she would say that i am trying to steal her spotlight, and even if she didn't say that i know her too well to say she wouldn't at least think that. i love her to death and i really want her to know, but she wouldn't be very understanding. and i know a lot of you will say if shes a tru friend she would understand but u don't knoe her. she is a tru friend, but she has a way about her that makes it seem like i can't tell her. ahh. what do i do?
