Can anyone rate this deck i made.this deck is just for neighborhood battles and i kno the banned cards already?

you do have a good amount of strong monsters in there without effects. (3 blue eyes :X ) i would suggest you find some more monsters with better effects, because at this point, cards without effects are just starting to be pointless. build up combos aswell, it looks like just beefy monsters, without a big combination with them.
