What can you do with a two year degree in criminal justice?

You can start as a police officer in some towns because they only require a 2 year degree unlike others that only require a GED or a 4 year degree. You can not be a state trooper with just two years and to get moved up and become a detective or SWAT you need to be a police officer for at least 5 years and then maybe you will get promoted to one of those positions.
