Are Misha Collins and Jensen Ackles having a secret relationship?

It was stated that in the show, Castiel and Dean share a profound bound. As the show progresses, they get pretty damn close. Outside of the show, however, is where the real fun seems to happen. They play onto the fan service, and seem rather close. A little too close perhaps. ;)
